On Plus, open your chart and choose Share, then Get QR code. In PlanSeats Pro, use the event page. Turn on Find Your Seat and download the QR code as an image, or download a ready-made sign with the code on it: a 5 by 7 inch card or an 18 by 24 inch poster, in the page’s theme.

Print the code big enough to scan from a few feet away and put it where guests pause: the welcome table, the bar, the door of the room. The code points at the page; if you ever regenerate the link, printed codes stop working, so print last.
