How do I seat a whole group together, like college friends?
Give the group a category. On the seating chart, choose Auto-seat, then add the category and its guests in the first step. You can also tick the guests in the guest list and pick one from Category. Auto-seat always keeps a category together as far as table sizes allow, with no rule needed.
Categories are yours to name: family sides, work friends, the wedding party. One guest has one category.
A group bigger than one table is spread across as few tables as it can be, starting from any table where some of them already sit.
