How do I seat a group at certain tables?

On the seating chart, choose Auto-seat and go to Tables. Pick the category, then tap the tables it should sit at on the plan. Tap a table again to take the category off. Auto-seat puts that category at its tables first.

A table can hold more than one category, so “Bride’s family on the left” is the Bride’s family category on the left-hand tables.

If a category has more guests than its tables have seats, the rest still sit together at the nearest tables with room.
